Burke Investigative Process Service offers two types of service: REGULAR and RUSH.  We serve the Tri-County area, which includes Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties.  All civil process in the tri-county area is served within three to five business days from the date we receive it.  This is the standard or regular service window which allows us to pick up your paperwork, complete courthouse services, if applicable, process it through our system and effect service during the regular course of business.

Burke Investigative Process Service makes every effort to deliver on our promises.  However, there are those rare occasions when the delivery cannot be made within the requested time frames due to situations outside our control such as the recipient being unavailable or avoiding, not being in at the time the process server is there, or simply not answering the door for the process server.  When these instances occur, be assured that we will proactively contact you to provide status reports and take whatever actions necessary to get your papers served.

If we encounter excessive delays or the due date is approaching and we have not yet affected service, we will communicate proactively with your office to ensure there are not "surprises"; and, we will continue our efforts until service is affected.

We will also provide, as part of our basic service fee, initial research through our databases to locate the person being served when we discover that they have moved, are out of business or the address on the document is not longer valid for any reason.

Burke Investigative Process Service understands that sometimes our clients require service quicker than three to five days.  For situations like this, we offer a rush service for services in the Tri-County area.

Rush Service: Local
Rush service is attempted within 24 hours from the time we pick up your paperwork for personal service and by the end of the next business day for corporate service.  In many instances, we attempt service the very same day.  Request for service that must be completed within 48 hours, or on a specific date and time, are considered Rush services.

In addition, you may have a service that does not fit the description of the above services and are Special Requests.  Please call our office for prices on emergency service (any service which is outside of the above stated descriptions).  Most likely, we can determine your requirements; however, it may require special services for which fees will be determined at the time of your request.
