Out of Town Service - Routine
For service outside of the tri-county are, regular service is attempted within 5-12 days from the date we pick up the
paperwork from your office. In some cases, service is effected much sooner depending on the location, but is not guaranteed.
The additional time is necessary to get the subpoena/summons processed and to the out of town server.
Rush Service - Local
Rush service is attempted within 24 hours from the time we pick up your paperwork for personal service and by the end
of the next business day for corporate service. In many instances, we attempt service the very same day. Request for service
that must be completed within 72 hours, or on a specific date and time, are considered Rush services.
Out of Town Service - Rush
For Rush service anywhere outside of the tri-county area, we send the paperwork to process service via overnight courier
on the same day that we receive it, usually be Federal Express Rush. The process server attempts service the same day they
receive it. In some areas of the state and country, Rush service may take longer than 24 hours due to variations in Federal
Express delivery times, local laws, and rural areas.

Most likely, we can determine your requests, however, it may require special services for which fees will be determined at
